No, it does not matter what type of insurance you have or if you have insurance at all since online check-in is free.
No, our ER can only see one patient per time slot. If you are checking in for multiple people, you can reserve additional time slots by clicking on the blue drop down bar.
When you arrive, our healthcare professionals will assess your condition and then decide the most comprehensive, personalized course of action. You may be seen by any combination of healthcare professionals such as a nurse, physician, or physician assistant.
If you begin to feel worse, do not wait and instead go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911.
Save Your Spot has a 15-minute grace period. We cannot guarantee your spot in line if you are later than that time frame.
No, you will need to make a new check-in through Save Your Spot. This will automatically cancel the old one.
You can cancel by texting “9” to the number “34947”. If you have further difficulty, give us a call at (714) 953-3500 and tell us that you are canceling your online check-in spot.

Orange County Global Medical Center is proud to partner with the American Trauma Society and it’s Trauma Survivors Network to help patients and their families, who have experienced trauma. Treatment and support doesn’t stop once you leave our hospital.
